By inviting or using Z+ Security (“the Bot”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should remove the bot from your Discord server.
2. Service Description
Z+ Security is a Discord moderation and protection bot designed to help server administrators maintain safe communities. Features may include automated moderation, anti-raid protection, anti-nuke systems, and logging tools. Features may change or update at any time.
3. Proper Usage
Users must not use Z+ Security for illegal activities, harassment, abuse, or attempts to exploit the bot’s functionality. Violating these rules may result in restricted access or permanent bans.
4. Liability
Z+ Security is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or perfect security. The developers are not responsible for damages, data loss, or issues caused by misuse or unexpected failures.
5. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the bot after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
Privacy Policy
1. Data We Collect
Z+ Security collects only the minimum data required to operate moderation and security features. This may include:
- Server IDs
- User IDs
- Role IDs
- Channel IDs
- Moderation configuration settings
2. Message Content
The bot may temporarily process message content to detect spam, phishing links, abusive language, or rule violations. Messages are analyzed in real time for moderation purposes and are not permanently stored unless required for moderation logs.
3. How Data Is Used
Collected information is used only to operate core bot features such as moderation, security protection, configuration storage, and logging. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.
4. Data Retention
Data is stored only while the bot is active in a server. If the bot is removed, related configuration data may be deleted. Server owners may request data deletion through the support server.
5. Security
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect stored data. However, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
